PTI Bloghop: Aqua and Melon

With this birthdaycard I join this month Papertrey Ink bloghop. The theme is Aqua and Melon and these colors seem to match so perfectly. Last week I filled a can with roses from my garden and the colors are just so romantic togehter...

well enough bla bla, here is the card; I used the PTI Birthdaystyle set and the Wonderful Words Birthday die. I colored the die with watercolor and covered it with glossy accent. The paper is from My Mind's Eye.

PTI Februari blog hop challenge

I do love the watercolor trend in cardland! For this challenge I used some distress ink in spring colors and a lot of water to create the background. I layered colors, drips and drops until I was satisfied with the result. After that  I stamped the Meadow Greens flowers in black and added some gemstones.

PTI September 2013 Blog Hop Challenge

This traditional christmas card was made to enter this months Blog Hop Challenge from Papertrey Ink. 

I used the wreath from the Birds & Blooms set with the hearts and angel from the 'Love lives here: Holiday set'. (Still one of my favorite stamp sets!!) Next to these I used the 'stitched sentiments' set and a love lives here die for the felt heart. Love how all these sets mix and match together!
